Our Doctors

Dr. Steer is a mindful and dedicated optometrist. He is from neighboring Maryland. He attended Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he received his Doctorate in optometry. He earned his Bachelor's degree in visual sciences at Salus University and his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Howard University. Dr Steer believes in treating every patient like a family member. He is an avid soccer player and fan. In his spare time Dr Steer enjoys spending time with his family and children.

Dr Warren is an Arlington native. He comes from long line of Optometrists following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He attended Southern College of Optometry, where he received his Doctorate in Optometry. He brings 50 years of experience to the Optometry field. In his spare time Dr Warren enjoys white water kayaking, horseback riding with his wife and spending time with his family. He is passionate about Optometry and cares deeply for his patients.

Dr. Ali is originally from Ethiopia and grew up in the United States. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with an Honors-in-Discipline in Microbiology at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctorate in Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and different backgrounds. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, being out in nature, and traveling to different countries. She has basic proficiency in various languages including Amharic, Harari and Spanish.
